Items Purchased from Shows and External Events
Items bought from shows can only be exchanged for other goods or a credit note, they cannot be refunded. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on03330506703.
RETURNING AN ITEM
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it to us for a full refund with the mollymay.co.uk 30-day returns policy. If you return items outside the 30-day return period we will be unable to process your return. If this is the case and you require the item returning to you, you will be required to pay the cost of the postage.
All we ask is that you send the item(s) back to us repacked, in the same condition as you received it, with original labels still attached and in the original packaging. Pease note: some items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons – this has been indicated on our website.
When trying on items of clothing please do not remove the labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfume or a deodorant that may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.
Please enclose a fully completed Returns Forms with the item(s), and include the reason for the return. The Returns Form will have been received with your order but if you find you need one, please email email@example.com.

Wrong item? If we have made a mistake and shipped an incorrect item, we will be happy to sort it out for you if you email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 03330506703.
Faulty item? All goods are checked for quality during the packaging process but if for some reason there is a fault we missed, please email email@example.com including your name, order number and details of the fault or call us on 03330506703 and we will sort it out.
Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure your returned item reaches us safely. We recommend using a tracked or signed for postal service that insures you for the value and guarantees delivery of your item as mollymay.co.uk cannot take responsibility for any returned parcels until they are back in our care. Please remember to keep your postage receipt until we have acknowledged receipt of your item(s).
If you are returning an item from outside the EU please make sure you mark your parcel as 'Returned Goods' to avoid customs charges.
mollymay.co.uk will not cover the cost of returning the item.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If the item meets all our requirements (as detailed under Returning An Item) a refund will normally be made within 14 working days of receipt by us of the returned item. If you have not received a refund after 14 working days please contact our Customer Services Department on 03330506703. If we are unavailable to take your call please leave a message including your name and phone number and we will return your call, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org Please do not contact us before 14 working days has elapsed from our receipt of your return.
Please fill out the Returns Form you received with your order, stating which item(s) you are returning and which item you would like in exchange. If you do not have a Returns Form please email email@example.com.
The item must be repacked, in the same condition as it was received, in its original packaging, with original labels still attached. Please be sure to enclose the fully completed Returns Form with the item(s) you wish to exchange. If this form is not enclosed, we will not be able to identify where the item(s) have been sent from or where to send the exchange.

We recommend using Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery so your parcel is insured and can be tracked as mollymay.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the parcel whilst in transit. Please remember to keep your postage receipt until we have acknowledged receipt of your item(s).
Exchanges can take up to 7 days to be processed from receipt of original returned order.
If we are unable to exchange the item, we will email you with an explanation and offer a full refund minus the original shipping charge to you.
Please note you may only make an exchange on the same item once; mollymay.co.uk will not refund postal charges for items returned for exchange and any new item despatched will incur a £3 postal charge.
